For people who are looking for the cheapest possible price when buying a solar system, be very careful there are no short cuts in life.

Companies that are offering 25 year warranty for your solar panels does sounds great, but what is the substance behind the manufacture?

There are 1000 manufactures in China but many are dropping price now to clear stock as they are going out of business.

It is a dangerous decision to buy the cheap offer without considering the substance behind the manufacturer.

You can install a solar system and everything could be perfect, but then in year 2 and 3 the cracks can start to appear (please see photos for legal reason we cannot name the company) but I can assure you that these panels are advertised as cheap deals in the paper every day in most states in Australia.

If this was to happen to you and the company is no longer manufacturing, then the warranty falls back on the importer. If your retailer (the company you buy from is the importer as well as the retailer) and no longer in business your investment is wasted gone. If the retailer did not import hopefully the Importer is available to support you with your retailer if the manufacture is out of business.
